Writing Spring Festival Couplets

Chinese Spring Festival is approaching. I know everyone very like the New Year, because everyone can paste couplets, watch the Spring Festival celebration and visit friends and relatives, and so on.

When the Spring Festival was coming soon last year, I learned to write couplets at home. I stood beside and watched the aldult writing couplets. Holding a brush, they dipped in ink in, and then write a few characters in red paper. I could not remember the specific content. While the couplet was written very neatly. So I said to uncle: "Can you teach me to write couplets?" My uncle asked: "Could you use a brush?  Do you know how to write couplets." I shook my head and Umbrella Manufacturers said: "no." Then he said:. "this year you would be one year older, while you even could not use brush. Taking advantage of this opportunity, let me teach you the recipe for it." Listening to the words, I jumped with joy.

Uncle told me to sit up straightly when writing and do not lie on the table . Then he told me in detail how to use the brush. After listening to my uncle 's remarks , I finally learned the most basic way to use brush. Then uncle let me write a few words to have a look. I wrote five words : " I love China ." The words were crooked, probably just use a brush ! Uncle smiled to say: " the character were written not badly, while that strokes are not straight ."

So uncle taught me more: " not to use the same force when writing each word. When writing each word, the power should be different, then the written words would have more changes and look more beautiful. Uncle also demonstrates to write a few words to let me imitate. The words that uncle wrote feel comfortable. I tried to write some words following my uncle’s. It was really an improvement, much better than just now. I was overjoyed .

Uncle also told me to do more training and imitate more. More written, more better.

This New Year , I learned a preliminary point calligraphy skills, but also happier than got really lucky money and also more affordable.
